Today's Science Lesson

Things finally started getting exciting at my doctors appointment yesterday. I am about 1-2 cm dialated and the baby is at about -2 station. (I've included this handy dandy chart-for your reference about fetal descent stations). And for the first time in 37 weeks--I gained no weight--Yippee! We are making progress on getting this baby out. Don't get to excited--I could stay this way for a long time. If there is no baby--I'll have another ultrasound on May 11th or so to make sure she is still growing. I'm feeling good and my blood pressure is still excellent. If I want the doctor will induce after 39 weeks--but we'll cross that bridge when we get there.
