On Wednesday Chloe attended her first Diamondbacks Game. It was a great game as the D-backs played the Philly's and actually won 4-0!! Thank Goodness the ballpark has a roof and is air conditioned. We had great seats right above the visitors dugout-- we were among a sea Philly's Fans and literally in the middle of a row--with 5 or 6 people on either side of us. But they didn't seem to mind us getting up and down several times throughout the game.
"This ballpark food isn't so bad--tastes just like what I eat at home."
The easiest way to carry a baby.
Chloe's view of the game. That's Ok--We think she enjoyed looking at the lights and the giant head in front of her.
4th inning--naptime.

Whoa-someone had a few too many bottles.
We lasted all the way until the 7th inning stretch--not too bad for a night out with a 2 month old!

Pink Band Aids are Cool!
Chloe had her 2 month check up with the doctor on Tuesday. She weighed in at 9 lbs 9oz and is 22 inches long. She is in the 18th percentile for weight and 34th percentile for height. She checked out great and the doctor said she was perfect. She also got her vaccinations at this appointment. She got 3 shots in her legs and was given one oral vaccination which she had to drink. She did great and got 3 pink band aids. She did get a little fever later on in the evening--100.4 --so we got to try out her new ear thermometer and gave her some infant tylenol, but by the next morning she was back to her old self.

Just another day in Kronville!
On Chloe's two month birthday-she had a visit from Grandma and Grandpa Kron and Uncle Kfir. Grandma and Grandpa brought back some gifts from their recent trip to Las Vegas and Uncle Kfir bought Chloe a cute Baby Gap shirt and sweater.

All these fancy toys and I just want the fabric softener.

Chloe's First Vacation
We traveled all the way to Tempe, Arizona for Chloe's first night in a hotel!
"Mom and Dad must be showing me off--little do they know I plan to poop and barf all over this cute little outfit"
"I hope no one recognizes me out here"

Chloe on Display

The photographer, Tina of Live Love Photography, who shot Chloe's newborn photo is also a hair stylist and recently told me that she ordered some large canvas prints of her work to display in her salon studio and she has a huge one of our princess Chloe. It just makes me smile that her clients will ooohhh and ahhhh over Chloe. I might have to have her start doing my hair so I can see it up close and personal.

Bath time fun.
Chloe has really started to like taking baths---Ok, so we've only had one bath so far that she didn't scream her head off--but I think it is a sign. She is also growing so she is finally fitting into some of her pajamas--so we take her to the changing table, put on her funny footed pj's and on this paticular night--instead of combing her hair-we decided to give her an afro. Oh- she will love us later in life for this.
Chloe's first pair of running shoes.
A trip to the Nike Outlet store will never be the same. We went down an aisle that we never went down before--the kids shoes size aisle. And there they were size 2 pink and purple nikes. We could not resist. We have no idea when these will fit her, but they are so cute to look at that they were worth the 24.99 we paid for them.
Chloe's Social Calendar
Chloe attended her first 1st Birthday Party a couple of weeks ago. Myah, our friend Tim and Brittany's daughter, turned 1 on June 26th--she is exactly 11 months older than Chloe and I'm sure they will become great friends. They live in our neighborhood, so I stuck Chloe into the sling--where she stayed for most of the party even though she was all dressed up for the occasion in her strawberry princess outfit and tulip bib.
Myah was the most polite cake eater I've ever seen.

Picnic in Prescott
The good part of living in Phoenix in the summer time is that it is easy to get out of the heat. Just a 2 hour drive north to Prescott and we went from 105 degrees to 65 degrees (and yes we were cold). It was Chloe's first road trip and despite one traffic jam, one wrong turn, and a little rain storm --it was a good one. Since we are pretty much home bound this summer--we thought it would be a good idea to get out and visit the places in our own state that we never pay any attention too--for this first trip it was up to Prescott (just about 100 miles north of Phoenix) to the infamous courthouse. It was a beautiful place for a picnic and it happen to be "Frontier Days" with a rodeo in town--so there were plenty of opportunities for people watching with all the belt buckles and cowboy hats walking around.
Trying out the "ergo carrier"
